The subject that I like is...


Studying journalism makes me very happy, although many times I am also stressed by the amount of work that we must present.

This semester I specifically loved the radio subject. Besides, I was fortunate to have very nice companions and an exceptional teacher. The contents we see in classes are like working on a radio program, specifically, we see how to collect "cuñas", how to report, how to record radio notes and how to edit.


In the first classes we work informing and learning the writing format that is handled on the radio. Then we learned how to edit the audios and how to mix them with ambient audio. Finally in the last classes we must take all the above to be able to realize programs of 45 minutes where the teacher evaluates us.


I like radio a lot because it's an area where I feel comfortable working, apart from requiring group work. I feel that radio is much more attractive than television, because it allows you to be more spontaneous and where what really matters is the information that is being given.

    It really scared me this subjet, I am too much nervous and I cant say a word when I´m on air, but al love it anyways.

    It seems like Radio was the favorite subject of everyone! I thing that having a good teacher is something very important in all the subjects. I'm glad you were lucky on that!

My future?

When I was a little girl always though about my future, but without worrying too much. The first job I dreamed of was working in a nursery, because I love to teach and especially I love children(forgetting  that I was a girl in those times  haha). My second dream job was to becone a designer, I loved to create new fashion style. When I got to adolescence I realized that what I wanted for my future should include connecting with other people and try to make a small change in the world( Even though it sounds very dreamy) The careers that included the things that I like were journalism and publicity. Finally I decided for journalis because is more complete in knowledge and identify me more. My experience at university at now is very nice and I have met many people with my same ideals and that is amazing. I still don´t know what I want to do in a few more years, the only thing the I know is Im in the right place with the right people.

A little about me

My  birth is not really interesting. I was born in the hospital of the commune of Puente Alto and  from there I live in the same place. I am eighteen years old and I was always the youngest at school and at university. My mom says I'm ahead, but I do not believe her much. Living in Santiago, "the great capital", makes me feel safe about my school and work possibilities, but at the same time i would like to breath more often the clean air of south of Chile. My mom is everything to me and her passion for education it whats is what motivates me most from day to day. Mi sister is three years older than me and although we fight is my best friend for life . Finally my father is the best man and of course im your baby. Currently my parents are not together, but it's fine for me and I love them both .   My biggest hobby is dancing, I love to dance !, especially folk dances.
