The journalism, my future?

This blog is different because I wanna talk with you. I study jounalism and I want to tell you why I chose to study this career and why I think the future is not really important.

The future is a big question and in my opinion it is a question that doesn' t have a single answer, because life and dreams changes. My expectations of when I entered the university so far are still the same, but that doesn't stop me thinking that at some point they can change.

Since I was a little girl I liked reading and communicating with other people. Read for me is to be transported to another world and for me that is amazing. Some of my favorite books are "Pride and prejudice" of Jane Austen, "The Twilight Saga" of Stephenie Meyer's and "La tregua" of Mario Benedetti. But not only did reading motivate me to study journalism, I also always wanted to be a contribution in society.

I think I left the main topic haha, then my future will be journalism? or will it only be a door that will open other roads?. Maybe I don' t have to think so much and just discovering day by day what journalism offers me. I can' t deny that sometimes I collapse with everything that has to be done in journalism, but that makes me feel sure is the right thing, because I do it with love.

    I love your second photo! It's so representative of the journalism students.
    I think that is great that you are doing what you like, that makes happy for you. And I'm sure you will be a contribution as a professional an as a person.

    With Yamitza we saw that picture in class and we laughed a lot! hahahaha Answering your question, I think we just have to let life surprise us, there is much to see and do! Things change and you always have to do what makes you happy! <3

    I think that the future doesn't matters no much, because it can change in every minute. Maybe you will be journalism or maybe you will fall in love with another profession. xoxo <3

My future?

When I was a little girl always though about my future, but without worrying too much. The first job I dreamed of was working in a nursery, because I love to teach and especially I love children(forgetting  that I was a girl in those times  haha). My second dream job was to becone a designer, I loved to create new fashion style. When I got to adolescence I realized that what I wanted for my future should include connecting with other people and try to make a small change in the world( Even though it sounds very dreamy) The careers that included the things that I like were journalism and publicity. Finally I decided for journalis because is more complete in knowledge and identify me more. My experience at university at now is very nice and I have met many people with my same ideals and that is amazing. I still don´t know what I want to do in a few more years, the only thing the I know is Im in the right place with the right people.

A little about me

My  birth is not really interesting. I was born in the hospital of the commune of Puente Alto and  from there I live in the same place. I am eighteen years old and I was always the youngest at school and at university. My mom says I'm ahead, but I do not believe her much. Living in Santiago, "the great capital", makes me feel safe about my school and work possibilities, but at the same time i would like to breath more often the clean air of south of Chile. My mom is everything to me and her passion for education it whats is what motivates me most from day to day. Mi sister is three years older than me and although we fight is my best friend for life . Finally my father is the best man and of course im your baby. Currently my parents are not together, but it's fine for me and I love them both .   My biggest hobby is dancing, I love to dance !, especially folk dances.
