Post graduates studies

Honestly since I was in college I knew that studying a career in university was just the beginning of my studies. One never finishes learning and one should never stop having the initiative of going grow professionally. It is for this reason that it is very important to be in studies constantly , as the world is changing and you must advance with him.

Chile is a very discriminating country according to your social class and according to your education. It is a country where you are judged by where you live, by how you speak, by your surname and by where you studied. it is for that reason that the university and the postgraduate courses that you do are very important because they will help you to fit in the labor world.

That is the reason why they may feel much obliged to take postgraduate courses, but in my case if I do it in the future- because I have not decided yet- I hope it is to for increase my knowledge and not for by want to be part of a work system.

Specifically I would like to do a postgraduate course on music and culture. These topics interest me very much and I feel that in the career of journalism  are not very deepened. I would like to be able to do this course outside the country, I hope it can be in Europe. Being able to travel, study and learn about other cultures are my biggest dream.
I would like these studies not to be full-time so that I can work and pay myself the course and at the same time have free time where I can travel the country in which I am studying. Hopefully someday I will be able to fulfill this desire to study abroad, so that every day I become the professional that I want to be.

    You have a lot of reason about the vision of Chile because is a country very discriminating and post gratuate studies are so important to find a job but more important, with studies it´s we have more knowledge and experience to do changes.

My future?

When I was a little girl always though about my future, but without worrying too much. The first job I dreamed of was working in a nursery, because I love to teach and especially I love children(forgetting  that I was a girl in those times  haha). My second dream job was to becone a designer, I loved to create new fashion style. When I got to adolescence I realized that what I wanted for my future should include connecting with other people and try to make a small change in the world( Even though it sounds very dreamy) The careers that included the things that I like were journalism and publicity. Finally I decided for journalis because is more complete in knowledge and identify me more. My experience at university at now is very nice and I have met many people with my same ideals and that is amazing. I still don´t know what I want to do in a few more years, the only thing the I know is Im in the right place with the right people.

A little about me

My  birth is not really interesting. I was born in the hospital of the commune of Puente Alto and  from there I live in the same place. I am eighteen years old and I was always the youngest at school and at university. My mom says I'm ahead, but I do not believe her much. Living in Santiago, "the great capital", makes me feel safe about my school and work possibilities, but at the same time i would like to breath more often the clean air of south of Chile. My mom is everything to me and her passion for education it whats is what motivates me most from day to day. Mi sister is three years older than me and although we fight is my best friend for life . Finally my father is the best man and of course im your baby. Currently my parents are not together, but it's fine for me and I love them both .   My biggest hobby is dancing, I love to dance !, especially folk dances.
